When an insurance claim is approved, our fees are paid directly from the insurance settlement. The client is responsible for any applicable insurance deductible as defined in their policy. If a claim is not approved, the client owes Unity Restoration Group nothing for the inspection or claims assistance. Any additional services outside the scope of the approved claim will be quoted separately in writing.
